I鈥檓 back at my mini bakes! You can always size up remember 馃ェ Rhubarb and custard - in a pie - yum! I used Nancy鈥檚 pastry from the freezer - just 150 gms was all I needed. This will make either six muffin sized pies, or I made three cute oval ones. This is light, sharp and delicious.
