The Bureau of Customs' 10-Point Priority Program in 2019 has achieved ratings of 90% and higher for 6 of the 10 items, particularly, in enhancing IT systems, filling up plantilla positions, restructuring the BOC organization, enhancing capabilities in cargo clearance and examination, codifying all IRRs, CMOs and CAOs, and pushing for customs-related legislation.
