The non-experimental version is available offline with installations of Rust made with rustup; run rustup doc --book to open. Several community translations of the non-experimental version are also available.

To start using Rust, download the installer, then run the program and follow the onscreen instructions. You may need to install the Visual Studio C++ Build tools when prompted to do so.
