Colin Gray, the father of Georgia school shooter Colt Gray, was found guilty of murder and manslaughter charges Tuesday in a case testing the limits of who is responsible for a mass shooting.

Colin Gray was found guilty on 29 counts, including two counts of second-degree murder. Prosecutors argued that he had failed to secure his son’s gun.

Prosecutors say a Georgia father could have stopped his 14-year-old son from carrying out a school shooting, and they want jurors to convict him.
